Project detail

The project starts from Pir Qalla and ends at Ghalanai (Mohmand Agency) and connects Mohmand Agency and Bajur Agency with Charsada & Peshawar, both the agencies are equally benefited from the project road especially the areas like Ghalanai, Ghazi ghat localities. Total length of project road is 14 km, with carriageway width of 7.3 m, mostly rigid pavement to cater heavy axle load due to marble Industry of Mohmand Agency. Shoulder is 2m treated on either side. This road is designed speed of 80 kmph and includes 51 culverts as well. Retaining /erosion control and drainage was converted from non-existent status to Intensive.
