Muhammad Junaid Hussain is highly accomplished engineer with extensive experience of management strong academic background. Holding a master’s degree in M.Sc. Project Management from Bahira University, Islamabad & bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from National University of Science & Technology, Islamabad. Junaid educational foundation has fortified him with a solid clench of both theoretical and applied aspects. Junaid activities involves economic evaluation of the projects using RED and HDM-4 at M/s Pavron. The economic benefits to be identified and quantified in monetary values. Vehicle mix over the time horizon of the study is to be determined. In order to assess economic benefits, vehicle operating costs (VOC) for vehicles will be worked out in economic terms for vehicle mix and user groups under different traffic flow conditions for "without" and "with" the project situations. The economic analysis will be based on economic internal rate of return (EIRR) and Net Present Value (NPV). The model to determine economic viability will be used for toll rates assessment and resultant traffic scenarios Financial Analysis
